CONCEPT CONCEPT
'På lige fod' aims to shed light on recruitment professionals from both public and private workplaces in the Municipality of Copenhagen regarding their own biases and preconceptions in the hiring process through an interactive e-learning platform consisting of three learning modules.
This project is created as a group effort with Marius Ramdahl and Ronas F. Korkmaz for a Bachelor project in the field of Digital Development.
The project is a municipal initiative under the focus area of 'recruitment' in the Municipality of Copenhagen's 'Action Plan against Racism,
Ethnic Discrimination, and Hate Crimes' from November 2023. As an initiative, the digital concept 'På lige fod' will contribute to creating a cultural
change within the objectives of the action plan.
